Patricia Ginsburg reports her affiliate sponsored two children for the Youth Rally. They also provided a scholarship for a WOCN, Juliette Smith, to go to Africa.

1. Tammy R. Steighner graduated from graduate school, University of Phoenix, April 2010 with an
MSN/ED, Master of Science in Nursing, Nursing and Health-care Education.

1. July 15, 2010: Convatec at Forbes Regional Hospital.
2. November 18: 2010 KCI at Gateway Fire Hall.

REGIONAL CONFERENCE:
1. October 22-24, 2010: Atlantic City, New Jersey.
2. No entertainment.
3. Garden State Affiliate hosting the conference.
4. Presenting Great Comeback Diner will be part of conferences instead of entertainment.
V. NEW BUSINESS:
1. Need nominations for president-elect. Send nominations to Kimberly Clark or Tammy R. Steighner.
2. Cecilia Zamarripa resigned as WPA NERWOCN treasurer due to attending post graduate schooling
at Duquesne University for her PHD.
3. Laurie Barnett and Merry Previte will serve out the remainder of Cecelia's term as
co-treasurers.
4. New Affiliate email address for all to have one central email location to email questions and concerns.
Secretary, Tammy R. Steighner, will check the email on a daily basis.
Motion by Deb Brewer and Merry Previte to review at next meeting.
5. Vendor Fair at this meeting: 11:30 AM to 2:35 PM.
6. Cecilia Zamarripa has resigned as Treasurer as she is not able to complete her term due to her
enrollment in too post graduate school for her PHD. Laurie Barnett and Merry Previte will serve out
the remainder of Cecilia's term as Co-Treasurers.
